(CEE research fellow) , Gao, S (CEE former research assistant) and Prof Meng Qiang won The OCDI Takeuchi Yoshio Special Award for the best paper in the field of logistics research presented at the 13^th EASTS International Conference held on 9-12 September 2019 in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
