Dr JunFei Huang received MSOM Service Management SIG Best Paper Award
Dr Junfei Huang was awarded the MSOM Service Management SIG Best Paper Award for the paper “Control of Patient Flow in Emergency Departments, or Multiclass Queues with Deadlines and Feedback,”
Dr Junfei was graduate PhD from the Department of Decision Sciences, NUS Business School. His research interests are in service engineering, applied probability and queueing theory.
His current research focuses mainly on analyzing and optimizing service systems such as healthcare systems (e.g. emergency departments) and tele-services (e.g. telephone call centers).
