Submission Guidelines
For consideration of paper for the Analytics for X 2023 Conference, please submit an extended abstract using this form. Authors will be notified about acceptance decisions by 1 November 2023. Authors of extended submission to be notified by 10 November 2023.
Please note that we will prioritise papers that focus on the core topics of:
- Supply Chain
- Social Good
Please attach the following 2 files in pdf format.
- 1) The author information file: this file should list the paper title, authors’ names and contact information, and the presenter information. Please ensure that the pdf file has the following naming convention ‘Title_Author Name’ (e.g. “Optimal Nurse Staffing_Smith.pdf”). Kindly also indicate if the presenter is a current student.

2) The extended abstract file: this file should be named
.pdf (e.g. “Optimal nurse staffing.pdf”) and should include a brief description of the research problem, the key methodology and assumptions, and a summary of major results and implications. This should not exceed 3 pages.
- Every abstract submitted with a student presenter will be automatically considered for the best student presentation competition.
- Abstracts will be selected for oral presentations by double-blind reviews (no author names or affiliations should appear in the abstracts).
- At least one author must register for the conference to present the work.
